Perfect flying conditions
Caught a 15 to 20 mph tailwind at 850 agl, and rode it all the way to Kit Carson (ITR) in Burlington, CO. A very quick flight. Probably should have continued to Oakley, but remembering how quickly the weather deteriorated yesterday, we put down at Carson. Hindsight is 20/20. The weather remained perfect until almost noon. Oh well....
Tomorrow we go to Oakley (OEL), our first stop in Kansas, and then on to Hays(HYS) the day after. The media in Hays has already been calling us, so I know we'll have some activity there.
