Salton to Chiriaco Summit
We departed Salton to Chiriaco Summit (L77)(formerly known as Shaver’s Summit), and have removed the PD 500 from Voyager and replaced it with the PD 550. The 550 should provide Voyager with an increased climbing ability, and lower straight and level RPM, hence lower oil temperature.
Tomorrow we plan on flying to Needles (KEED), with a quick stop at Iron Mountain (72CL) on the way.
